Meet the Founder

Reform Pilates Normandy Park was founded by Jesse Tuttle, a longtime Pilates enthusiast who has experienced firsthand the transformative power of Pilates.

Jesse has practiced Pilates for over 20 years and credits it with helping her rebuild strength through several pivotal moments in her life. After a serious car accident nearly 15 years ago that left her with back and shoulder injuries, Pilates became an essential part of her recovery, helping restore strength, stability, and mobility.

Years later, after becoming a mother, Pilates once again played an important role in helping her rebuild core strength and support her body through postpartum and pelvic floor challenges. Through that journey, she experienced how powerful intentional movement can be in helping women reconnect with their bodies and feel strong again.

Part of what inspired Jesse to open Reform Pilates Normandy Park was her close friend Amy, who owns beautiful Pilates studios in California. Every time Jesse visited, she left feeling energized, inspired, and wishing there was something like it closer to home.

When she realized that space didn’t exist in her own community, the idea for Reform Pilates Normandy Park began to take shape.

With Amy’s guidance and encouragement , along with the support of so many incredible people along the way, Jesse brought this vision to life.

Her goal was never just to open a studio, but to create a space that feels welcoming, uplifting, and supportive… where people can come exactly as they are and leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.

Meet Your Instructors

Instructor

Kelli McCarroll

Movement is her medicine.

Kelli’s journey with movement began at a young age through dance, eventually evolving into a love for sports and strength training. Whether it was a walk outdoors or time spent lifting weights, she discovered early on movement had the power to transform the mind and body.

In 2020, an accident brought her active lifestyle to a halt. During her recovery, a physical therapist introduced her to Pilates—a turning point that reshaped her relationship with movement. Through Pilates, Kelli experienced profound physical healing and mental clarity, inspiring her to deepen her practice and enroll in a Teacher Training Academy.

Today, Kelli views Pilates as one of the most effective and intentional forms of stress and pain relief. Her teaching is rooted in empathy, resilience, and the belief that movement can be a powerful tool for healing.

Kelli is passionate about guiding others on their own journeys, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and find lasting relief—both physically and mentally.
